Job Description

Razorfish is looking for an Associate Analyst to join our Media Finance team! Reporting to a Media Finance team lead, this role will provide operational, systems, analytical, and reporting support to the team and its clients.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a hybrid role based out of our Miami/Coconut Grove office and will require an onsite commitment of 3 days per week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.

Your Impact:

• Serve as the primary task driver and doer for daily, weekly, and monthly client deliverables.
• Provide reporting and draft bills to the media team for approval.
• Review key financial metrics and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate client billing and the collection of supporting documentation.
• Generate system reports and analyze data to enhance and optimize performance.
• Ensure accurately-formatted documents for manager review.
• Explain and translate financial reports to client teams and regional staff.
• Assist with cash collection and cash application.
• Learn, understand, and comply with financial audit expectations.
• Assist media planning teams with system setup while guiding them towards financially sound and client-approved results.
• Manage systematic financial reporting and ad hoc requests, including monthly close, monthly budget review meetings, variance reporting, draft billing, media accruals, budget discrepancies, audit commentary, etc.
• Manage client and vendor signed documentation in company approved databases.
• Develop and nurture positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting financial operations.
• Prior experience within an advertising agency or digital media environment.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel including creating reports, pivot tables, V/H/XLookups, and similar functions.
• The ability to translate financial data to non-financial partners.
• Comfortable presenting to internal and client teams.
