About the Role 

We're seeking a passionate and driven Associate Agentic Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work closely with experienced Agentic Engineers and Architects to help build, test, and maintain the code that powers our cutting-edge AI agent ecosystem. You'll gain hands-on experience implementing agent workflows, assisting with custom integrations, and ensuring our autonomous systems are robust and reliable as the AI landscape rapidly evolves. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to dive deep into the world of AI agents and contribute to impactful projects. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Agent Development Support: Assist in writing and refining Python code for agent workflows, custom tools, and API integrations. Help implement basic error handling, retry logic, and fallback mechanisms under guidance. 

Evaluation & Testing Assistance: Support the design and execution of evaluation suites for agent performance, including data collection and analysis for accuracy and latency. Help maintain back-testing infrastructure. 

Debugging & Observability Learning: Learn to use trace analysis and observability tools to assist in diagnosing agent failures and performance issues. Support the implementation of logging and monitoring to track agent decisions. 

Platform Familiarization: Work with various agent frameworks and platforms, learning to implement solutions. Stay curious about emerging standards and protocols in the agentic ecosystem. 

Required Qualifications: 

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. 

● 1+ year of Python development experience, ideally with some exposure to API interactions or system integration. 

● Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, with a strong interest in Large Language Models (LLMs) and agent architectures. 

● Familiarity with software testing principles and version control (e.g., Git). 

● Eagerness to learn and strong problem-solving skills. 

Key Skills: 

● Solid Python programming skills with an eye for clean and readable code. 

● A curious mindset and a desire to understand complex systems. 

● Good foundational debugging abilities. 

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 

Preferred Experience: 

● Academic projects or personal experience with agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI). 

● Familiarity with basic data analysis or experimentation. 

● Any exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
