Associate Accounting Middle Office Analyst

Join Casey's Middle Office team as an Associate Accounting Middle Office Analyst! In this role, you’ll work closely with our fuel procurement systems—including RightAngle and supporting platforms—to model and control key activities. Your contributions will help ensure operational accuracy, resolve issues, and deliver meaningful analytics that support our fuel strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model and analyze contracts in RightAngle and related systems, resolving transaction exceptions and improving setup processes.
• Validate counterparty confirmations to ensure trade accuracy and escalate any Risk Policy violations.
• Collaborate across teams—including traders, suppliers, customers, and accounting—to keep operations running smoothly.
• Analyze data and report metrics that support middle office operations and inform decision-making.

Compensation:

Starting pay range: $54,300‏‏‎ ‎-‏‏‎ ‎$71,300. Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for an annual cash bonus based on company performance. Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the typical hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent work experience required.
• Prior internship in a similar position preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
