Job Summary:

Responsible for providing high-end customer service and store support. The Assistant Manager directly oversees all aspects of operations and day-to-day routine work of Retail Associates in store. Responsible for maintaining business standards and has increased decision-making authority. The Assistant Manager acts as a knowledgeable representative of our brand and drives culture inside our retail and rental stores. Fulfills day-to-day work responsibilities for the organization as needed.

 

Job Specifications:

• Starting Wage: $25.00/hr - $28.04/hr
• Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026
• Shift Type: Full Time hours available
• Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
• Housing Availability: No

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Co-lead a team of 5 to 15+ employees with fellow Assistant Store Managers
• Create a rewarding environment in which to work, generate a team atmosphere
• Be energetic, motivated, and possess the ability to multi-task
• Provide consistent and direct feedback, coaching, and guidance to team members
• Train employees in POS system operations, product knowledge, guest service, guest service and loss prevention policies and procedures
• Authorize merchandise returns and refunds
• Process deliveries and merchandise replenishments
• Manage inventory, stockroom and restocking floor 
• Communicate ideas or issues with Store and Regional Managers
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and provide excellent customer service through timely response to customer questions, suggestions, complaints, and recognition 
• Ensure departments and staff have all necessary supplies
• Administrative duties and other duties assigned 

 

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
• Minimum 2 years leadership experience
• 2 years in retail and/or rental experience - preferred
• Knowledge and passion for talent development
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task
• Must be a team player and be able to handle fast paced stressful environment
• Possess the desire to offer the highest customer service standards to guests
• Familiarity with retail and rental POS system – preferred
• Physically able to perform tasks that require moving up to 50lbs. of weight and able to stand at a workstation for long periods of time while still being mobile at short notice.
• Available to work weekends and holidays consistently throughout the season for full-time shifts
