Main purpose of the Assistant Project Manager role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support our Creative Operations team and the SVP of Creative. In this role, you will assist in the planning, execution and monitoring of various e-commerce and retail projects. You will also assist the SVP of Creative including schedule and expense management and travel coordination.



Major Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

• Support project manager in tracking project progress, identifying potential risks, and providing solutions for roadblocks.

• Assist in the management of project plans including schedules, budgets and resource allocation.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation including meeting notes, statues reports and action items.

• Schedule and coordinate meetings for SVP of Creative.

• Process expense reports and update budgets.

• Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.



What does a candidate need to demonstrate to perform this job successfully?

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

• Teachability: Willingness to continuously improve one’s own sills and knowledge.

• Leadership: Ability to guide the project team, make decisions and take responsibility for outcomes.

• Organization: Excellent at planning, scheduling and coordinating tasks and resources.



Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Detail oriented and problem-solving abilities.



Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• Two years of experience in project management or a related role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Detail oriented and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in Google Workspace, Adobe and Jira.
