Summary of Job Duties:

The Physics Department in the Fulbright College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Arkansas invites applications for a tenure track Assistant Professor position, to start in January 2025. This is a standard nine-month faculty appointment.

We seek candidates working in astrophysics whose research interests complement and expand those of our current astrophysics faculty including multi-wavelength studies of galaxy structure and evolution, high-energy phenomena in galaxies (X-ray binaries and AGN), black holes, and gravitational wave sources -- see
