You are interested in fashion ready-to-wear product development, sourcing, and production. You are excited to be a part of a dynamic, creative environment and love building aesthetically and quality authentic product while achieving financial goals.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and excels at adhering to deadlines and calendars, ensuring timely and efficient task completion.

A Day in the Life:

As our Assistant of Product Development, no two days will be the same. You’ll support the entire product development process, from initial concept to production. Your tasks might include shipping and tracking samples, maintaining the standards library, updating the PLM system, or tracking and uploading comments for SMS. You’ll collaborate with amazing teams across design, technical design, production, and merchandising to bring our products to life.

To Land This Role:

• BA/BS degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, Business, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with PLM or similar software is a plus
• Relevant coursework or internship experience in product development or production is a plus
• Positive attitude, passion, and integrity
• Action-oriented and strong work ethic. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to adhere to deadlines
• Highly organized and accurate
