Job Summary

This position is responsible for supporting account management personnel in the renewing of group business including handling plan changes. Handling agent/broker changes. Conducting research. Servicing customers and problem resolution. Participating in group enrollment sessions.

This is a Hybrid/Flex position working three days per week in the Richardson, TX office and two days per week remotely.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years health care management experience or customer service experience involving gathering data from databases, data input, and/or assisting clients.
• State Insurance License(s) or obtain State Insurance License(s) within required time frame per state regulations.
• Organizational skills and decision-making skills.
• Written and verbal communications skills including telephone skills and interacting professionally with internal and external contacts.
• PC skills to include Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience or familiar with Access.
