We are looking for someone who would manage activities of a project team, including research, analysis, documentation, design/develop testing, problem resolution, risk management, training, status reporting, implementation, and post-rollout review/audit. The role will also be responsible for proactively collaborating and identifying impacted processes and partnering with teams to help identify improvement opportunities within the project execution.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manages, monitors, and evaluates global projects within the Global People Organization.
  • Performs duties and makes complex recommendations under limited supervision, applying a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Works on complex projects which can have significant impact on operating efficiencies. 
  • Manages change, including defining and executing a communication model that efficiently supports the flow of the information within the stakeholders, program sponsor and business direct responsible individuals.
  • Maintains project documentation and develops presentations for communication. 
  • Maintains control over the project by measuring performance and determining if there are any variances from the plan.
  • Creates process flows and test cases, conducts testing, recognizes problem areas, analyzes solutions, and makes recommendations for resolution.
  • Performs work that has direct impact on functional strategies. 
  • Provides considerable evaluation, originality, or ingenuity in given situations.

Role Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience working in progressive management experience, including project management, in a large operating environment.
  • Advanced student at Major degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar career fields.
  • Completed certification in Project Management, Change Management, Agile or similar others will be a plus.
  • Knowledge of any of the following tools: MS Excel, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, etc.
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills to improve productivity.
  • Fluent in English and proficient with project tools.
  • Multicultural experience is important to succeed and be able to connect with geographically distributed teams.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in Human Resources  processes is a plus.
