This location is located in Methodist Hospital, must be vaccinated including COVID-19.

The cafe operates seven days a week. Shifts may vary, must be flexible!!
This position requires management experience of at least 2 years and food industry experience of 2 years is preferred.

• Assist the management team in achieving positive sales and profit trends
• Work closely with the team and uphold the company's key values
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures
• Becomes proficient in all areas of the café (Sandwich, Smoothies, Specialty Drinks and Prep)
• Makes sound business decisions in times of uncertainty
• Demonstrates excellent communication and listening skills
• Demonstrates broad knowledge of and passion for food
• Must be able to manage a team of 20+ employees, place product orders, manage food cost, set pars, count inventory,
• Responds to opportunities with a sense of urgency
• Technically proficient (MS Office Suite)

Position Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in food industry
• Minimum 2 years manager experience
