Our client is a well established organisation who are looking to add an Assistant Management Accountant to their team.

This is a permanent opportunity in Burton-on-Trent which offers a hybrid working model.

The successful Assistant Management Accountant will be joining a Manufacturing organisation who can support with study towards CIMA / ACCA.

Description

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
Assist in the preparation of management accounts and budgets.
Analyse financial data to support decision-making processes.
Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Support month-end and year-end close processes.
Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information.
Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.
Contribute to process improvements within the accounting function.Profile

A successful Assistant Management Accountant should have:

Experience in accounting and finance within a similar role.
Experience in a Manufacturing environment.
Able to commute to our client's office in Burton-on-Trent.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
A relevant accounting qualification or working towards one.
Attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.Job Offer

Salary ranging from £33,000 to £40,000, dependent on the level of experience and qualification level.
Permanent position based in Burton-On-Trent.
