Assistant Leasing Manager

As the Assistant Manager- Branch leases, you will be responsible for leasing management of Emirates NBD, Dubai, Abu Dhabi & all Northern Emirates portfolios which includes branches, offices, and car parking in UAE. 

On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:

• Managing the Renewal of Emirates NBD Group leasing portfolios
• Conducting site visit with Retail/Business and the Landlord/Agent
• Negotiation Strategy to achieve Percentage Saving to the bank.
• Constant Coordination with Retail Dept./Finance for lease approvals & payments
• Coordination with Internal and External Stakeholder for Landlord Registration and payment
• Presentation Skills with accuracy Lease figures and numbers to Network Steering Committee / EXCO for Lease Renewal decision
• Responsible Securing Lease Contracts & EJARI certifications through centralized folder
• Coordinating with Finance / Landlord up until confirmation of payment

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and experience:

• Bachelors Degree 
• Minimum of 5 years experience in leasing 
• Good understanding of UAE real estate market 
• Experience from other banks/organization on Lease Management
