What You’ll Do

• Be the driving force behind daily operations, delivering high-energy service and flawless execution.
• Work side-by-side with the General Manager to inspire, support, and develop a passionate team.
• Lead by example—jumping in wherever you're needed, from greeting VIPs to jumping on expo when the rush hits.
• Elevate the guest experience with warm hospitality, smart problem-solving, and a sense of fun.
• Make real-time decisions, manage financial goals, and keep the rhythm of the restaurant flowing.
• Build a culture that people want to be part of—where team members grow, laugh, and love coming to work.

Who You Are

• An experienced restaurant leader with 2–3+ years in full-service management, ideally in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Passionate about people—you know how to coach, motivate, and celebrate a team.
• Energetic, hands-on, and always looking for ways to improve and elevate the experience.
• Business-savvy with a strong handle on labor, scheduling, and restaurant financials.
• Calm under pressure, quick on your feet, and ready to lead in the moments that matter most.
