The PositionWe’re looking for a driven, hard-working, people-person to serve as an Assistant General Manager. The pay range we’re offering starts at $20 per hour.

Requirements

• Out-going, Enthusiastic Personality
• Passion for fitness and helping others
• Night and weekend availability
• Mastery of the sales, customer service, and administrative skills required in the Member Service Representative position
• CPR/AED Certification
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field, and 1-3 years experience in sales and/or management

ResponsibilitiesAs the co-captain of your team you will set the bar for sales and customer service as you assist the General Manager in achieving club wide goals. Gain critical leadership experience and develop your management potential as you:

• Give tours and sell gym memberships and personal training
• Complete reports and assist in scheduling and promotions
• Serve as “manager on duty” for customer service needs
• Help lead sales trainings and assist in team meetings and employee coaching

The LocationSIR Fitness is a Crunch Franchise based in Southern California. Our franchise locations include Garden Grove, Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley, Tustin, San Clemente, Vista, Oceanside, Carmel Valley, University Square, and Eastlake. Our clubs are filled with the best strength and cardio equipment in the industry, including a functional training zone with turf, olympic lifting platforms, group fitness studio, and tons of machines and free weights. We’re also proud to offer a Relax and Recover zone with hydromassage beds, tanning booths, and lounge. Some clubs also feature state of the art cycle studios, 3D body scanner and sauna. Our gyms also offer personal training and nutrition coaching, group fitness classes, and HIIT Zone classes.
