Assistant, Content Production

Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Content Producer to join our dynamic team. The Content Production Assistant will support the content production team by assisting with various pre-production and on-set needs. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about content creation and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

·   Assist with all pre-production and on-set needs including:

·   Creating and distributing call sheets for shoots.

·   Maintaining and updating contact sheets regularly.

·   Processing invoices and assisting with budget tracking.

·   Entering and tracking content expenses.

·   Organize catering for shoots with appropriate vendors

·   Set up and breakdown of production related items at shoots

Special Projects/Tasks:

• Coordinate and schedule meetings, including reserving conference rooms and sending reminders.

• Conduct research for content projects and gather relevant information (including scouting locations)

• Manage and organize production equipment and materials.

• Coordinate travel arrangements for production staff and talent.

• Ensure all production paperwork is completed and filed correctly

• Pulling together model packages and ensuring all necessary details are included.

• Assisting with any other tasks assigned by the Manager - Content Production.

Experience:

• 0-2 years of experience on set in the fashion industry or interested in learning

• Basic knowledge of content production processes and on set experience is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Prior administrative assistant experience is helpful.

• Experience with Concur is preferred.

• Previous experience in a content production or related field.

• Familiarity with production equipment and set protocols.
