What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of multi-family property experience; prior leadership preferred
• Energetic personality with a passion for exceptional resident service
• Team motivator with strong leasing and marketing knowledge
• Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong written communication skills
• Experience with Entrata is a plus

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with hiring and onboarding new team members
• Support training, scheduling, and day-to-day office operations
• Help maintain occupancy and control delinquency
• Use creative marketing strategies to drive leasing success
• Oversee purchase orders and invoice processing
• Uphold professionalism and deliver exceptional resident experiences
• Apply proven leasing techniques to maximize occupancy
• Ensure prompt, courteous responses to resident needs and concerns
