We’re growing, and we’re looking for an Assistant Accountant to help keep our financial processes simple, clear, and smooth.

A detail-oriented and proactive person who enjoys working with numbers, is curious about accounting processes, and wants to grow professionally within a friendly, international team.

Requirements

🔧 Hard Skills

• 1+ year of experience in accounting or finance
  

• Understanding of PE (Group 3) operations in Ukraine (registration, reporting, basics of tax compliance)
  

• Experience with invoices and contracts
  

• Confident use of Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, data validation)
  

• Basic knowledge of accounting/HR systems (PeopleForce is a plus)
  

• English at a level sufficient for invoices and contracts

What you’ll do

• Assist in managing employees as PE — from registration to reporting

• Process invoices, contracts, and reporting 

• Check documents and basic financial data

• Support the transition to PeopleForce task manager (financial tasks for employees)

• Collaborate with Eleken’s accountant and HR team
