About the role

Role Overview

As an Asset & Site Deployment Manager, Program Manager, you will lead asset deployment, site readiness, maintenance governance, and operational performance programs across OCI's mission-critical infrastructure environments. This role ensures assets, deployment plans, maintenance strategies, operational handoffs, and site readiness expectations translate into safe, reliable, timely, and scalable outcomes that support service delivery at scale.

You will be responsible for building, governing, and continuously improving asset and site deployment practices across assigned sites, regions, services, or programs. This includes deployment planning, asset lifecycle governance, CMMS data quality, corrective action tracking, root cause analysis, performance reporting, risk management, and cross-functional coordination with Site Operations, Engineering, Facilities, Procurement, Logistics, Compliance, Safety, vendors, and business stakeholders.

This is an individual contributor program management role requiring strong operational judgment, asset management discipline, site deployment experience, and the ability to drive accountability across cross-functional teams in high-availability environments. At the IC3 level, this role is expected to operate independently, resolve complex program issues, influence stakeholders, and implement scalable process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own asset and site deployment program execution across assigned sites, regions, services, or programs, ensuring deployment outcomes align with uptime, safety, quality, compliance, cost, schedule, and operational readiness expectations.

  • Lead planning and execution of asset and infrastructure deployment programs for new sites, expansions, refreshes, lifecycle replacements, and operational transitions.

  • Develop and maintain standardized deployment processes, site readiness checklists, asset handoff procedures, operational acceptance criteria, and program governance mechanisms.

  • Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Site Operations, Facilities, Procurement, Logistics, Compliance, Safety, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate deployment of critical assets.

  • Track deployment milestones, risks, dependencies, blockers, readiness gaps, and decision points; provide clear escalation paths and drive issues through closure.

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve asset lifecycle management processes, including asset onboarding, tracking, maintenance planning, warranty visibility, decommissioning, and replacement planning.

  • Partner with operations and engineering teams to define preventive maintenance strategies, maintenance intervals, job plans, procedures, and performance expectations aligned with OEM guidance, regulatory obligations, and industry best practices.
