At Aggreko Energy Transition Solutions (AETS), we help communities and companies decarbonize. We develop and operate reliable and economical clean energy infrastructure across the US, including utility-scale and distributed solar and battery storage projects. We are hiring an Asset Management Intern - to gain firsthand experience in solar and battery storage engineering. Interns will work on project design, grid interconnection, and energy transition solutions alongside industry experts. This opportunity provides real-world experience in renewable energy, helping develop the next generation of professionals while contributing to innovative clean energy projects that drive sustainable power solutions.

What you will do:
Based in Stamford, CT, or Hamilton, NJ you will support and manage various asset management tasks, including site operations, revenue collection, accounts payable, financial reporting, compliance reporting, contract management, budgeting, and financial modeling
Learn and understand New York Community solar revenue and payment workflows with National Intelligence Grid and NYSEG, identifying key challenges and areas for improvement
Propose a structured payment and reporting reconciliation solution to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency in community solar projects
Work closely with the Asset Management Team to create, amend, and implement Standards of Operations for regular asset management tasks, ensuring consistency and efficiency
Identify opportunities to improve asset management processes, enhance operational efficiency and financial accuracy
Engage with various teams, including finance, operations, and compliance, to align asset management strategies with business objectives
We are experts, which means you will have the following skills and experience:
Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business in marketing, communications, or related fields
Demonstrates enthusiasm for energy transition and sustainability, backed by a solid academic record (GPA)
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to analyze data, create reports, and present technical insights effectively
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and passion for Energy transition
