Job Description:

The ASPIRE (The Accelerating Strategic Priority Initiative Realization & Execution) program is streamlining delivery of high-impact cybersecurity enhancements. By aligning execution with strategic priorities, ASPIRE is reducing time to market and driving measurable threat reduction across the enterprise.

This role will be the primary delivery lead for ensuring that the ASPIRE technology projects are expedited by focusing on three main goals: driving projects through Enterprise Governance processes, tracking the accelerated technology implementation and partnering across key stakeholders to ensure adoption and customer readiness. The ASPIRE delivery lead will serve as the key escalation point and provide process support to ensure timely and successful project delivery. 

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrate strong understanding of enterprise governance processes, including but not limited to PTO, PTS, CGA, CADA, and DMZ COE.

• Possess in-depth knowledge of server infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes.

• Facilitate effective engagement with Middleware and Database Administration (DBA) teams.

• Coordinate with Network and Proxy teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

• Collaborate with Monitoring teams for onboarding new infrastructure to comply with bank monitoring standards.

• Provide support for vendor onboarding processes, ensuring compliance and timely integration.

Desired Qualifications:

• Knowledge of AppHQ for application lifecycle management and tracking.

• A strong background in infrastructure project management to drive execution and resolve delivery challenges.

• Exhibit advanced problem-solving skills to proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

• Proven expertise in navigating complex escalations to remove delivery obstacles quickly, aligning cross-functional teams and leadership to maintain execution velocity.

• Excellent communication skills across functions, organizations and with senior leaders.

• 7+ years experience related to solution delivery, program/project management

Pay range

$115,000.00 - $190,100.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
