What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will:

  • Take responsibility for individual contributions to achieve team deliverables, working effectively as a team member and coordinating with others.

  • Manage personal time and professional development, being accountable for results.

  • Follow standard procedures to complete tasks of varying scope, sequence, and complexity within the agreed timeframe.

  • Identify and solve moderately routine problems.

  • Complete assignments with moderate supervision using established procedures, referring deviations from standard procedures to the supervisor.

  • Ensure work is reviewed for accuracy, quality, and adherence to standards.

  • Address equipment and process issues, performing necessary operator care, and ensure all tasks are completed safely and in line with established safety policies and regulations.

  • Handle all required documentation, including labels, cleaning forms, room logs, and work orders.

  • Set up and operate industrial cleaning equipment and report equipment malfunctions and process deviations to the Team Lead.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

  • High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant experience

  • Proficiency in all phases of manufacturing operations

  • Ability to learn and use industry-standard software

  • Good interpersonal skills and experience in training others effectively

  • Proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices

  • Experience in food or dietary supplement manufacturing plant with blending experience

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Adaptability in handling changing work environments and priorities

  • Familiarity and basic understanding of common AI tools and a curiosity for learning how they can be used to enhance productivity

The salary for this position ranges from $18,99 to $31,65 per hour. In addition, this position offers eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Company’s policies.
