Join us as an Artificial Intelligence Data Governance Analyst

Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting for an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Data Governance Analyst within our IT Shared Service AI Office. As an AI Office Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the responsible & ethical use of AI Technology within the organization. You will collaborate with cross functional teams, data scientists, & stakeholders (internal & external) to establish and enforce AI & data governance policies, Data privacy standards, and best practices. BBH’s Data Governance platform is a key component of the Artificial Intelligence Ecosystem integrating with BBH in-house developed data virtualization applications. AI governance requires a diverse skillset that spans varies expertise, ethical considerations, policy understanding, & effective communication.

Some of your key responsibilities include:  

  • Provide support & maintain cadence for regular Artificial Intelligence Committee meetings
  • Provide support for Artificial Intelligence Committee meeting agenda & minutes
  • Provide support and maintain document repository to track existing and new workflows
  • Serve as a consultant resource regarding lines of businesses existing & prospective AI tools, products, & uses
  • Support the adoption, development, implementation, & acceptable use of AI by the firm
  • Communication with internal & external stakeholders, sponsors, and relevant parties
  • Developing maintainable, well-documented application functionality
  • Quickly resolving issues encountered by business lines in the production environment
  • Work closely with AI & Data stewards to ensure adherence to governance guidelines
  • Work across teams & disciplines to develop & implement AI governance frameworks
  • Inspire & lead teams toward ethical practices & foster a culture of responsible AI innovation
  • Proactively work to shape & support the Firm’s enterprise Artificial Intelligence strategy

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant transformation experience or coordinator experience across multiple teams
  • Prior experience working in legal environment.
  • Knowledge of data privacy laws (e.g. GDPR, etc.) and ethical AI principles
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate AI concepts to varies arears.

Education, Certification & Other:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
