Rate: $28.00/Hour

Are you a motivated and experienced security professional looking for the next step in your career? The Great Plaines Area has an exciting opportunity for an Armed Account Manager! We are seeking a personable, dedicated individual to supervise a team of armed security officers to ensure operational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will be equipped in handling scheduling, payroll processing, and site training while enforcing regulations and directives pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. They must have previous experience in developing a high performing team with strong customer service skills and great communication while adhering to our core values; Integrity, Vigilance, & Helpfulness.

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver's License and clear driving history
• At least 1 year previous supervisory experience
• Prior military, law enforcement, or armed security experience preferred
• Proficient in basic computer and technology use
• IPAT evaluation required
• Strong planning, organizing, and leadership skills
• Ability to take initiative, achieve results, and meet deadlines
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills a must.
