Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Area Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations across North Carolina, South Carolina, Savanna, GA, and Jacksonville, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and auditing compliance with company and regional HR policies, ensuring alignment with legal and organizational standards.

You will serve as a trusted coach and mentor to Branch HR personnel, supporting them in executing compliant HR programs and effectively resolving employee-related issues. The ideal candidate will have strong investigative skills and experience representing an organization in hearings on HR matters.

Additionally, this position provides financial oversight and controls related to Workers’ Compensation, Benefits, Unemployment, and hiring, ensuring these processes are cost-effective and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HR operations and compliance efforts across multiple branches within the Area.
• Coach and support Branch HR teams in delivering consistent and effective HR services.
• Conduct investigations and represent the organization at HR-related hearings.
• Monitor and manage costs associated with Workers’ Compensation, Benefits, Unemployment, and hiring.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement HR initiatives that support business goals and employee engagement.

Benefits:

Depending on experience and geographic location, Securitas will offer a base salary of $80K to $90K in addition to a full benefit package that includes:

Position Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required.

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including multi-site HR management.
