Role Overview
An opportunity for an Architectural Technician to join an urban planning and building design practice in Southampton, working predominantly on UK residential housing developments for developers and housebuilders.
Responsibilities
*
Produce accurate technical drawings and information for residential housing developments.
*
Support the technical delivery of residential projects.
*
Work closely with the wider design team to progress projects.
*
Prepare technical drawing packages using AutoCAD.
Requirements
*
Experience working on UK residential housing projects.
*
Strong AutoCAD skills.
*
Experience with a national housebuilder or housing developer preferred.
*
Good technical knowledge of residential construction.
*
Experience producing technical drawings and information for housing developments.
*
Ability to work effectively within a design team.
