Position Summary
Project Management of Architectural & Engineering Firms & Consultants. Responsible for oversight of the architectural design development and implementation of drawings for CVS Health facilities, including design development, construction/permitting drawings, and specifications (mechanical, electrical, structural, civil, and environmental) in conformance with CVS standards and requirements, and within Local, State, and Federal codes. This role is critical to realizing the enterprise growth strategy.
Required Qualifications
7+ years in architecture/design, engineering, or construction management.
Willing to travel a min of 30%.

Strong knowledge of design, building technology and assembly, construction methodology, materials application, and interpretation of manufacturers’ requirements.
Strong verbal and visual presentation skills with the ability to influence others and challenge others when needed.
Comfortable presenting to Municipalities Design Review and Planning Boards.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and independently develop and administer action plans to drive results.
Proficient in the production and management of the A&E process from schematic design through to construction documents - ability to assemble a construction drawing set including site plans, floor plans, elevations, building sections, wall details, ADA compliance, etc.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, design, and problem-solving skills as well as appreciation and sensitivity to architectural design intent and constructability.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Photoshop. MS Project a plus.
Education
Bachelor, or Technical Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Interior Design required or equivalent work experience.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$67,900.00 - $174,200.00
