Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Visa is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition Program Management to be a member of the Visa Global Talent Acquisition team. This individual will be responsible for leading and driving best-in-class program management for Visa’s Early Careers North America Apprentice Programs and Initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to aid Visa in optimizing, upskilling and diversifying the current and future workforce
This will include:
- Socializing Apprentice program brand internally to achieve buy in from stakeholders
- Day to day relationship management with program vendors
- Support the design and implementation of apprentice attraction, onboarding, and training strategies
- Manage program budget
- Deliver Apprentice Manager training and support
- Pastoral support for apprentice cohort
- Assessment and evaluation of program performance and utilization of data to drive continuous program improvements
Essential Functions
- Manages Visa’s North America Apprenticeship Program
- Serves as a Program Management leader working with key stakeholders across Talent Acquisition to design, build, and execute innovative and strategic programs, ensuring consistency on a global scale
- Initiate and manage project plans related to short and long-term program TA strategies
- Drive project execution by working with team and stakeholders by providing key communications and holding project teams accountable to timelines and deliverables
- Develop overall program and project scope, timing, risks, and progress
- Leads team on effective implementation of project management methodologies, processes, and tools
- Consistently analyzes data and research to identify root causes and areas to optimize work, establish operational efficiencies
- Lead in the design of programs to enable the organization’s ability to recruit and hire, focusing on key user groups
- Cross-collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to, Global Early Careers TA team, People Team, business leaders, and recruitment vendors
- Build, analyze, maintain, and distribute Talent Acquisition data analytics to stakeholder regarding performance indicators/trends to impact TA results and strategic objectives
- Be a thought partner to team in developing and maximizing global programs
- Utilize data to define problems, ideate solutions, and implement solutions
- Budget management, as appropriate
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications• 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
• 6+ years of Program Management experience
• Experience leading a team within a remote and or hybrid work environment
• Experience managing and leading Early Career and/or other Talent Acquisition programs
• Project metric tracking and report creation
• Utilizing and driving leading Talent Acquisition/Program Management best practices
• Experience developing, building, documenting, and maintaining processes and policies
• Consultative approach with ability to demonstrate positive relationship building with various partners
• Deep experience developing reporting and metrics and interpreting data for insights on business processes
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentational communication skills, and experience handling confidential information
• Proven track record of building and executing multiple programs
