Apprentice Carpenter

As a Carpenter, you play an integral role in creating quality apartments for our residents to call home for years to come. You will work with our new construction team, building apartments from the ground up. To be successful in this role you must be reliable, detail-oriented, and communicate effectively.

Schedule is Monday through Friday - $23 to $36 based on experience

Requirements

Experience:

• At least 1+ years of carpentry experience
• Excellent framing knowledge (wood) and understanding of the procedures for erecting a commercial building
• Steel framing experience is highly preferred, but not required
• Experience in layouts
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds as needed
• Comfortable with ladders & heights

Other Requirements:

• A can-do attitude
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with proper insurance
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
