Job Summary:
The Applied Products Sales Administrator will manage the administration and optimization of VRF and ductless systems within our product line. This role involves collaborating with sales, engineering, and installation teams to ensure product excellence and support our growth in the HVAC market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Management: Oversee the ordering and delivery of VRF and ductless applied products. Track purchase orders to ensure complete delivery to customers. Maintain communication with customers regarding delivery dates and fulfillment of backorders. Coordinate delivery dates with Project Manager. Manage VRF and ductless parts warranty and RMA requests.
- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to sales teams and customers regarding VRF and ductless systems installation and applications solutions.
- Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation and training materials for vendor processes and conduct training sessions for internal teams and customers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, sales, and operations to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback and suggest improvements that will enhance customer satisfaction.
- Compliance: Ensure all VRF products meet industry standards and regulatory requirements, keeping up to date with changes in regulations.
- Project Coordination: Manage multiple projects related to quotation follow up, order processing, submittals, project management benchmarks, and warranty completion ensuring timely execution and minimal disruption.
- Project Estimation- Provide detailed quotes as required to support customer requests.
- Sales Support- Conduct regular phone campaigns directed at contractors with the goal of identifying quote opportunities, follow up on existing quotes, communications about product changes, and promoting training opportunities.
- Warranty Specialist- Lead and support branch personnel with warranty claims for parts and equipment.
