Application Specialist- North America

Description

Scodix is looking for an Application Specialist- North America, the role includes:

In your role, you will-

• Support the US sales team
• Be an expert on the Scodix digital printing presses.
• Assist customers in optimizing the use of their presses. This includes media and substrate expertise.
• Provide design advice through understanding and troubleshooting file/job creation.
• Exhibit graphic software is known how namely Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Perform demos to potential customers.
• Create samples for potential customers and the sales team.
• Train customers for optimal use of their new presses
• Demo presses during shows and exhibitions

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (including English versions of software) and possibly more languages Excellent people skills
• Excellent presentation skills Advanced knowledge of both Illustrator and Photoshop
• High willingness to travel (sometimes on short notice)
• Experience working With digital printing presses or experience in the digital print industry
