Application Front end Lead

 • Develop and maintain high-quality user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (React preferred but Angular is also fine). 

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to transform wireframes and prototypes into responsive and interactive web applications.

 • Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and user experience across various devices and browsers.

 • Ensure code quality through regular code reviews and adherence to best practices. 

• Troubleshoot and debug applications to enhance functionality and user experience.

 • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes. 

• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and coding standards. 

• Should be willing to work on new tech stacks/frameworks by upskilling/cross skilling on the job (as per requirements). 

• Comfortable functioning in an ever-changing environment.

 Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 

• 6-8 years of experience in UI development with a strong focus on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (Angular/React).

 • Proficient in building responsive and accessible web applications. 

• Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques. 

• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 

Must have: 

Angular/React, TypeScript, JavaScript along with supporting technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, jQuery, Bootstrap, Ajax, etc.).
