Your opportunity:
Join the Customer Insights Team at Greenheck Group, where we’re dedicated to shaping the future of HVAC solutions through strategic market understanding and customer-centric innovation. As an Application Engineer on our team, you are involved in customer-focused initiatives across the entire company. You will support in collecting Voice of Customer from our external stakeholders as well as sharing insights and educational material throughout our Greenheck Group teams. Your efforts will be key in maintaining our status as an industry leader, driving innovation, and aligning our solutions with the latest industry trends/customer needs.
What you’ll be doing:
- Voice of Customer (VOC)
- Act as a company expert in gathering, interpreting, and sharing the Voice of Customer (VOC) for business unit and shared service initiatives
- Lead initiatives to collect customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights for product, process, and service development
- Foster collaboration by identifying synergies and opportunities for alignment across different business units
- Support the advancement of Greenheck’s digital solutions including but not limited to CAPS, eCAPS, and Greenheck.com
- Strive for an understanding of HVAC applications, Greenheck’s products, competitor products, as well as new and existing industry codes and standards
- Training and Communication
- Develop, organize, and present internal training on the building design and construction industry, specifically focusing on HVAC systems and technologies
- Support in providing a regular cadence of training content to internal teams
- Share findings and best practices from VOC initiatives across the company.
What you should have:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in an engineering discipline is required
- Minimum 5 years of related technical experience
- Professional background in either mechanical engineering or outside sales desired
- HVAC experience desired
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (orally and written) required
- Open-minded and curious, with a natural propensity to lead required
- Analytical ability required
- Available to travel up to 15% of the time
