Summary

Utilize advanced analytical skills to gather, interpret complex data, and provide actionable insights to clients and executives, often working closely with senior management to develop and implement strategic solutions. Key responsibilities include data analysis, report generation, presenting findings, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business improvements. 

Your role in our mission

• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key insights relevant to client needs. 
• Strategic Consulting: Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges, develop strategic recommendations, and design solutions aligned with their goals. 
• Project Leadership: Lead and manage complex consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery of deliverables and meeting client expectations. 
• Communication & Presentation: Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders through presentations, reports, and other formats. 
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, key decision-makers, and cross-functional teams. 

What we're looking for

• Advanced analytical skills: Proficiency in data analysis techniques, statistical modeling, and data visualization tools 
• Problem-solving: Ability to identify root causes, develop creative solutions, and navigate complex business challenges 
• Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively convey insights and recommendations to diverse audiences 

What you should expect in this role

• This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position.
  • Monday through Friday work schedule (40 hours per week).
• Health (medical, dental, vision) benefits start on day 1 of employment.
• Company match 401K and other benefits available within months of starting.
• Employees are eligible to take advantage of flexible vacation policy after ninety (90) calendar days of employment. Any exception requires manager approval prior to employee's Gainwell start date.
• Company provided computer for work use.
• For all hybrid and remote positions employees' Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload.  Greater speeds will of course provide better performance.
• Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation if hired.
• This position will be posted until March 15, 2025, or until it is filled.

The pay range for this position is $67,800.00 - $96,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
