Don’t miss out on the opportunity to become part of our Windsor team!   For the fourth year in a row, Windsor Communities is the recipient of the 2024 Kingsley Excellence Award achieving the top award for Overall Customer Service. Compensation: Our company considers a range of factors including education and experience when determining base compensation. Hourly:  Starting at $20.52 - $25.65 per hour, depending on years of experience, tenure, and location.  Annual Starting Comp: $42,681 - $53,352. Bonus: Average quarterly bonus potential of $400 per quarter, based on performance, with an average annual potential of $1,600. Total Annual Starting Compensation Potential: $44,281 ($42,681 base + $1,600 bonus)

 Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with multifamily residential, commercial or hotel maintenance.
• Familiarity with building safety systems including the fire systems (sprinklers/alarms).
• Ability to use smart devices and property management software for maintaining accurate records and work order completion.
• Advanced knowledge of hand tools and basic power tools.
• Support the company’s values and cultures by providing exceptional service to teammates and residents.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and apply preventative measures with apartment homes, common areas, mechanical rooms, plumbing, electrical and appliance areas.

Requirements:

• Site specific certifications such as:
  • EPA Type II preferred or ability to become certified within 90 days of start date.
  • CPO (Certified Pool Operator) preferred or ability to become certified within 90 days of start date.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, some weekend work and ability to participate in the on-call rotations.
