About the role

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
 Monday to Friday
 9am to 6pm Santa Monica, CA Time (12 AM to 9 AM Manila Time) with an hour unpaid break

We are seeking a self-starting AP/AR Specialist who is motivated and enthusiastic about maintaining and improving our receivables and payables processes.

Your responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day payables and receivables process, verifying financial data, and maintaining good client relationships. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must be able to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:
 Enter all vendor bills received
 Creating and maintaining vendor profiles
 Reconciling of AP and AR vendor accounts when needed
 Manage invoicing, collections, and accounts receivable processes so we are paid on timely manner and maintain good relationships with our clients
 Manage accounts payable processes including but not limited to, obtaining proper information and data regarding invoice payments, and responding to vendor inquiries
 Clarify questionable invoice items such as item descriptions, prices, and other relevant information about the vendor
 Compare purchase orders, terms, and other charges
 Verify financial data for use in maintaining records
 Assist with other accounting tasks as needed

Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
 1-2 years of prior accounting experience - AP/AR related experience preferred
 Strong organizational skills
 Fast and accurate data entry skills
 Ability to maintain good vendor relationships
 Great attention to detail
 Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
 Excellent written and oral communication skills
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 Prior experience with NetSuite is strongly preferred, but not required
