About the Role
We are seeking a scientifically-grounded and customer-focused Product Manager to be responsible for the suite of products and services in Neo’s Antibody Toolkit, which is anchored by neoSwitch, our proprietary next-generation ‘switchable’ surface display-to-secretion yeast strain for rapid discovery campaigns. This unique role bridges scientific innovation and business strategy, blending both bench-level antibody discovery experience with proven product leadership skills. You will work closely with the business development team and the technical team to connect commercial opportunities to technical activities within the lab and support the attainment of revenue targets.
This hybrid role requires onsite presence at our Long Island City headquarters at least 40% of the time. The Antibody Discovery Product Manager reports directly to the General Manager of Neochromosome.

What You Will Do
  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for neoSwitch, grounded in customer outcomes
  • Collaborate with the technical team to translate scientific capabilities and advancements into commercially viable product and service features (libraries, workflows, SOPs, documentation) – shorten time-to-value
  • Partner with the business development team to engage customers, participating end-to-end in the sales cycle and post-sale collection of user feedback
  • Work closely with business development and marketing to build compelling positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
  • Support external communication efforts, including attending and presenting at conferences and webinars
  • Monitor market trends in antibody discovery, protein design, display technologies and therapeutic biologics to position neoSwitch competitively

  • Ideally the candidate will have experience engaging biotech/biopharma researches, CROs, and/or academics in a product management role in the context of sales
  • Familiarity with high diversity library design, BLI/SPR,  and evaluation of NGS data is a plus
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team setting

  • Comfortable working at the interface of science, technology and business development
