This is library and SDK work, with all the memory, threading, and performance constraints that come with running inside external host applications, so understanding the difference between SDK development and standard app development matters here.</p> <p>We're hiring across <strong>two levels on the same team</strong>:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Level II (Engineer II):</strong> you take well-defined specifications and turn them into high-quality, predictable implementations, collaborating closely with the team.</li> <li><strong>Level III (Senior):</strong> you provide technical leadership, architectural vision, and end-to-end ownership of the SDK, working with a high degree of autonomy and mentoring others along the way.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>SDK Core Development &amp; Architecture: </strong>Develop, refine, and optimize critical submodules of the Android HyBid SDK, and at the senior level, architect and lead its evolution, focusing on safe multi-threaded execution, low memory footprints, binary-size budgets, backward compatibility, and crash-free integration into diverse host applications</li> <li><strong>Product Collaboration: </strong>Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to estimate feature effort, refine technical requirements, and prioritize delivery, from sprint-level scope to strategic SDK roadmaps driven by technical feasibility and business impact</li> <li><strong>Cross-Platform Parity: </strong>Work alongside the iOS team, reading and navigating the Swift/Objective-C codebase to cross-reference logic, guarantee behavioral co
