Job Description

• Assistance in general analytical techniques to characterize purified proteins/antibodies, such as concentration, purity and biophysical properties. 

• Buffer and sample preparation, acquire data on instruments such as HPLCs, DSC, nanoDSF and other relevant equipment. 

• Work collaboratively with Lilly PBS team on-site to ensure smooth operation of lab instruments, and to achieve critical research objectives and timelines. 

• Data analysis and data capture of experimental results using E-notebook and data sharing in a timely manner. 

• Detail oriented and precise in routine lab practice. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology or similar discipline  

• Basic knowledge of lab activities, such as making buffers, performing calculations, documenting experiments and data analysis. 

• Experiences in basic protein analytical characterizations technique, familiarly with HPLCs is highly desirable. 

• Experience with biophysical assays and other analytical techniques is a plus 

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
