About the role


Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
  • Experience in digital advertising, digital analytics, measurement and attribution.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution) and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc).
  • 1 year of client-facing experience, with a track record of influencing across levels.
  • Knowledge of SQL, databases, and basic automation techniques (e.g., dashboards, automating custom reports, materializing tables).
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and distill them into actionable insights that are presented in a logical and compelling story.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with comfort delivering simple and compelling stories to audiences of all levels.

As an Analytical Lead, you are a trusted advisor to large customers and agencies, using data-driven insights to solve clients'growth issues and achieve their business goals. You will serve as the Google owner of clients’ marketing measurement plans and a key partner to Google's ad sales teams, who will work to bring the best of Google's advertising solutions to their customers. You will have an investigative background with experience in marketing analytics or statistical analysis. You're able to refine complex situations into a few actionable insights. You will help clients modernize their marketing measurement by adopting best practices in proving media effectiveness. You will be an expert in the intersection of incrementality, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), and attribution. You will use user behavior insights, customer segmentation, and Google internal data to devise marketing strategies that drive successful results.Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000-$154,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.   • Prove the value of Google media via the triangulation of incrementality experiments, MMM, and attribution as an expert.
  • Use predictive and statistical modeling techniques to solve issues, uncover opportunities, and develop solutions for client business. Help customers navigate industry standards and alternatives.
