Job Title: Analyst, Workplace Experience 

 

A little bit about our team:

You will be a part of the US Workplace Experience team, designed to imagine, create, and maintain innovative workplace facilities to accommodate the needs of our ever-changing business.

Your role:

Design/Construction Projects: 

  • Partner with WMG Finance team to manage cash projections for all US design/construction project spend (i.e. capital expenditures for offices, recording studios, event space)

  • Manage and streamline project approval process

  • Coordinate with global finance leadership to manage and update WMG global projects budget

  • Create support documentation for projects such as schedules, budgets, overviews, and status updates.

  • Administer projects by reviewing/processing contracts and invoices

  • Lead/manage select small projects.

Real Estate: 

  • Analyze/produce financial projections for real estate opportunities (lease transactions, acquisitions/dispositions, relocations, etc.) in order to guide senior management decision-making.  Research industry standards/benchmarks.

  • Work closely with WMG’s external lease administration function to manage rent-related payments, develop data/reporting management, liaise with property management as needed.

  • Develop building Operating Expense budgets and support for inter-company chargebacks

Special Projects:

  • Assist in support documentation and development for key departmental initiatives - including RFQs / RFPs, Bid Leveling Sheets, Scope Documents, Business Cases, etc.  These may include new platforms, applications, products, and partnerships that impact one or more of the Workplace Experience teams.

  • Support analysis of service utilization and costs of operations for programs across sites.

About you:

  • 2+ years’ experience as analyst or equivalent 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in business or related field

  • Strong Excel / analytic skills.  Ability to manage large data sets and produce financial models.

  • Strong Power Point / presentation skills

  • Experience/knowledge related to Workplace Services (Real Estate, Design/Construction Projects, Facilities, Finance)

  • Proactive, with strong skills in execution and follow-up

  • Capable of simultaneously handling multiple projects in varying workstreams

  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
