Job Description
Analyst, Visa Direct Commercialization – Disbursements is responsible for the following:
- Support designing and executing the outbound use case strategy for the NA region, focused on key verticals.
- Be accountable for success metrics and growth: prioritization of use-cases, strategic and financial assessments, influence structuring and negotiation of new partnerships, and ongoing partner engagements.
- Partnering with Visa’s clients and internal stakeholders to build rapid, fact-based, and actionable use case strategy. We identify critical market and consumer insights, and assess technology, solutions, UX and economics, to create a foundation for developing new strategic growth plans that enable success.
- Provide deep understanding of our clients' industry landscape, performance, benchmarking, and business options to optimize and growth their real-time push payments programs.
- Be both an executor and strategic thinker with the ability to connect the dots to determine synergies and overlaps between the collective efforts of our Sales, Commercialization, Enablement, and Solutioning teams.
- Produce high-quality sales, marketing, and support materials (decks, white papers, brochures, etc.) as needed.
- Become an in-house subject matter expert for assigned use cases.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:• 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters,
MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications:
• 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work
experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
• 1-3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Management Consulting,
investment banking role.
• Demonstrated ability of leading complex projects in cross functional settings with multiple
stakeholders
• Experience presenting and communicating across all levels of the organization, ability to speak
effectively before the appropriate audience
• Effective time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with the processes and core functions of Card Networks
• Cross-functional product or business management experience
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
