Process Transparency Reporting data. Working directly with Director, Transparency Reporting to ensure quality data is submitted accurately and on time. Work with field teams as needed to ensure all aspects of Transparency data and relevant supporting documentation are collected and reported per Inizio Engage policy.

What will you be doing?
Support the Transparency process, and ensure that data reporting needs are being met on schedule
Support implementation of new programs requiring transparency reporting, working with managers and third-party vendors to onboard teams and set-up requirements
Conduct training for new hires and managers on Transparency specific data capture requirements
Investigate and resolve HCP data related issues or concerns
Work with field teams to collect and store relevant spend documentation
Monitor and report on internal data relating to the Inizio Engage’s Transparency Reporting program
Submit outbound files based on agreed upon schedules
Support training initiatives across programs
What do you need for this position?
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work related experience
1 year + experience in an administrative role
Highly motivated individual with strong process-orientation, data analytics, or technical expertise
Ability to multitask while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Database systems
The base pay range for this position is $35K – $65K per year. The final compensation offered to
