Analyst, Special Projects AM

As an Analyst, Special Projects AM, you will be an integral member of the AM Order Management Team.

Proficiency in Power BI, Alteryx, Business Intelligence software, and programming tools will be critical for this role as will your ability to provide excellent customer service to all the Aftermarket Business Units.

Responsibilities:

• Work with relevant groups to prioritize business and information needs.
• Provide technical expertise in data structures, data mining, and data cleansing.
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
• Develop system applications or modules to manage business activity or project and data collection, as necessary.
• Prepare reports/dashboards that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
• Manage users and user roles.
• Training end-users on new reports/dashboards if required.
• Evaluate changes and updates to source production systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any relevant degree 
• 5 years of work experience as a Data Analyst or in a related field. 
• High-level experience in methodologies and processes for managing large-scale databases. 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
• Technical expertise in data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques
• Project / Process Management
