Job Summary

With supervision, the Analyst, Revenue Cycle I works directly with all levels of leadership and is knowledgeable in Revenue Cycle operations, including technology, applications, systems, and processes. This role maintains ownership of one or more Revenue Cycle technologies and/or operational processes while supporting reporting, analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. Pay range is $52,100.00 - $78,150.00 depending on skills and experience.

- Provide service‑level Revenue Cycle operations reporting and analysis.
- Analyze historical data and staffing trends to forecast future operational needs.
- Support the development, review, and implementation of Revenue Cycle metrics and reporting.
- Identify, escalate, and partner with leadership to resolve service‑level issues.
- Assist with strategic planning and ongoing process improvement initiatives.
- Provide exceptional service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain ownership of assigned Revenue Cycle technologies and/or processes.
Employment Qualifications
Required License / Certification
- CRCR or other approved, job‑relevant certification (one certification required)
Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant Revenue Cycle or analytical experience
- People leadership experience not required
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related fi
