As a member of the CIBC Private Wealth team, the Analyst, Business Effectiveness is responsible for supporting the business through a range of activities including providing administrative support to the Chief Administrative Office team leads, project coordination, process support and continuous improvement. The role exercises independent judgment to manage daily support operations, coordinate office services, prepare PowerPoint presentations, meeting notes, agendas, minutes, and other management reports, support monitoring activities, and help update procedures.

The Analyst will be able to adjust to changing priorities and make decisions on daily priorities for the CAO team while ensuring goals and schedules are met. The role will do the following: prepare briefings; correspondence; reports; manage expense reports; support onboarding activities for employees; manage filing and invoices; and manage special events or projects on behalf of the team. In addition, the role solves challenges such as content development, meeting planning, basic data analysis and report development.

  • Reporting: Develop and maintain relevant dashboards and management reporting on behalf of the Private Wealth CAO team

  • Project Support: Track ongoing initiatives through the development of presentation materials, minutes, and agenda preparation on behalf of the Private Wealth Chief Administrative Officer

  • Special Projects: Manage special projects, as directed, on behalf of the CAO team related to process improvements, monitoring, and procedure development and oversight

  • Relationship Management:  Maintain professional relationships with multiple partners and clients through excellent interpersonal skills. Communicate proactively with colleagues to manage the daily priorities of the Private wealth Chief Administrative Officer

  • Provide ongoing administrative support including Calendar Management, Coordinate agendas, book meeting rooms and arrange for resources in support of a smooth and efficient meetings

  • Travel Arrangement, Invoice & Expense Reporting - Arrange travel arrangements and maintain travel, invoice and expense account including expense and invoice submissions to Coupa on behalf of the team leads.

  • Professional Support: Prepare standard communication, minutes, executive reports and presentations frequently of a confidential, strategic and/or specialized nature ensuring completed material is produced in a timely manner.

  • Provide ongoing organizational support such as delivering an enhanced with onboarding/off boarding experience for new and departing employees which include processing requests for technology requirements, monitoring training plan completion, work badges, business cards, corporate cards, expense and travel profiles etc.
