Analyst Business Data

Clean Harbors is looking to hire a Business Data Analyst that will monitor incoming calls received by Central Customer Service Center representatives.  Evaluates quality of service delivery.  Ensures compliance with Company policies, procedures, processes and regulatory requirements

• Develop and adjust MRP and production planning reports to aid in raw material planning for the OPK side.
• Process monthly charges by compiling and managing all branch return responses.
• Review and update existing standard queries, and create new queries to support Oracle ERP migration efforts.
• Automate the generation of existing monthly metrics for distribution centers and upper management using Python.
• Streamline the IBC conversion process through automation.
• Create visual maps for vendor sourcing to enhance supply chain visibility.
• Improve the existing Just-In-Time (JIT) report to enhance inventory management

• High School Diploma Required, Bachelors Degree preferred
• Excellent organization, written and verbal skills
• Team sills
• Quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
