The Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) Surface Radars & Sensors Center is seeking an Automated Logistics Control System (ALCS) Integrated Lead to support management of the CICP and ELMS modules within the ALCS Tools organization. This role reports to the Senior Manager of the ALCS Product Manager (LCE) Mission Logistics and requires minimal supervision. The selected candidate will collaborate with technical and business teams to maintain and execute a roadmap that meets evolving customer expectations and enhancement requirements. This position also includes customer relationship management and leading change initiatives to ensure compliance with FIAR standards applicable to the program.

The Automated Logistics Control System (ALCS) is the flagship database application, consisting of multiple modules for supply support, asset management, work planning, administration, and system configuration management. ALCS has been a cornerstone application for over 40 years, and the team continues to innovate and expand its capabilities to meet the evolving needs of our programs and customers.
 

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate directly with customers to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery of application requirements by coordinating sub-teams responsible for software development, data management, and support processes.

  • Establish and maintain budgets in compliance with EVMS principles and company policies.

  • Conduct regular reviews of product lifecycles, team activities, and customer satisfaction metrics.

  • Manage transactional integrity in related DoD systems, including but not limited to: Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS), Defense Automatic Addressing System (DAAS) / Global Exchange (GEX), Inventory Logistics System – Supply (ILS-S), PRISM, and SAP.

  • Drive new business opportunities by responding to customer inquiries, attending conferences, and demonstrating the application’s capabilities to meet future requirements.

  • Present regularly to USAF Program Management, providing status updates and addressing program needs.

  • Support the financial reporting needs of the ALCS team, including LRE, EAC, and ETC reporting to program financial leads.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.

  • Experience supporting both OCONUS and CONUS customers.

  • Experience with logistics control systems such as SAP, GCSS Army, ALCS, PRISM, APEX, and/or ELMS (formerly DPAS).

  • Experience supporting government programs, including customer management, transactional support, XML debugging, contractor inventory control point compliance, and/or EVMS support.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Project, Team Foundation, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience working in a depot and/or production environment while interfacing directly with customers.

  • Experience with automated logistics control systems for supply and maintenance tracking.

  • Strong understanding of logistics standards and functions related to supporting PATRIOT, ELMS, USAF, and other military systems.
