All about the role

As the AI Solutions Engineer you will design and deploy AI-powered internal applications that enhance sales productivity, automate workflows, and improve decision-making. This is a hybrid role with a 2/3 day split between our Bradford HQ and your UK home base.

Key Responsibilities

Build internal web and mobile applications using AI-assisted development tools, validating any AI generated code
Automate repetitive sales workflows (CRM updates, proposal drafting, follow-ups, reporting)
Develop AI-powered assistants for:
Quote generation
Customer analysis
Email drafting
Sales forecasting
Integrate apps with CRM systems
Rapidly prototype tools and iterate based on feedback
Translate business requirements into working AI-driven solutions
Ensure data security and compliance standards are met

Essential Skills for the role 

A track record in AI Solutions Engineering
Strong Python / Dotnet experience
The ability to translate business requirements into working AI-Driven Solutions, producing production quality output whilst ensuring data security and compliance standards are met.
Experience in creating pipelines & version control.
