What you’ll do:
- Translate AI use cases and business requirements into product concepts, delivery plans, pilot scopes, and scalable solution backlogs.
- Lead pilots, proofs of concept, MVPs, and scale-up activities in collaboration with IT, data science, business teams, vendors, and functional delivery groups.
- Define product outcomes, success metrics, user stories, acceptance criteria, delivery milestones, and release plans.
- Coordinate technical and functional dependencies across AI/ML engineering, data platforms, cloud, MLOps, reporting, and business process teams.
- Support build/buy/vendor decisions by evaluating solution feasibility, implementation complexity, user value, and operational fit.
- Partner with the AI PMO Lead to maintain roadmap visibility, delivery governance, risk tracking, and benefit realization.
- Track adoption, performance, benefits, and feedback after pilot or launch to inform iteration and scaling decisions.
- Work closely with functional product leads to ensure AI solutions integrate into existing tools, workflows, and operating models.
What you need to bring:
- Strong product management, agile delivery, or digital transformation experience.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML engineering, cloud platforms, MLOps, LLMs, and agentic AI concepts.
- Ability to convert ambiguous business problems into structured product requirements and delivery plans.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, technology teams, and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau; SQL or Python knowledge preferred.
- Strong delivery discipline, backlog management, prioritization, and benefits tracking skills.
- Ability to balance user value, technical feasibility, operational readiness, and speed to market.
