What You’ll Do:
AI Development:
- Build and prototype features using Generative AI models and Power Platform tools to streamline NPI deliverables.
- Automate input and tracking of engineering change orders and process documentation.
Process Engineering:
- Map and optimize existing processes for quality control and efficiency.
- Validate data sources and improve documentation standards.
- Analyze impacts of Engineering Change Order (ECO) releases on Product Support Organization.
Collaboration:
- Work with multi-functional teams: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Field Engineers, and Product Support.
- Partner with other interns and engineers on a key aspect of a larger project.
What We’re Looking For:
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with Python, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Understanding of Generative AI models (OpenAI, Azure AI, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of process mapping, data validation, and analytical modeling.
Mindset:
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a process-heavy environment.
- Curious and adaptable with a builder’s mentality.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
